Here’s how it works:

1. Send us a message on Instagram @pawspeddler  or email pawspeddler@outlook.com
2. Tell us what you’re looking for (bow tie, bandana, lady’s bow, embroidery, fabric, colors, theme, etc.)
3. We’ll discuss your design, provide a price quote, and let you know the estimated turnaround time.
4. Once all details are approved, we’ll create a custom listing for you to purchase which will be found below with your name 
5. After payment is received, we’ll begin creating your custom item.

• Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a workmanship defect.
• We may contact you during the design process if we need clarification or approval.
• Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your order.
