Thank you for shopping with The Paws Peddler! Each bow tie and accessory is handmade with care. Because of the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, please review our refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

Every bow tie is handmade, and variations in pattern placement, size, or stitching are part of the unique charm of our products.

Defective or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is important to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawspeddler@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will gladly remake and replace the defective item at no additional cost.

(Please note: We do not offer refunds for defects—only replacements.)

Order Errors
If there is an error on our end (wrong size, wrong pattern, incorrect item), we will remake the correct item and ship it to you promptly.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
