Processing Times: All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

International Shipping & Duty Fees
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping!

Please note:

The Paws Peddler is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duty charges that may be applied to international orders. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refusing or returning a package due to customs fees will not result in a refund of the original shipping cost

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays, Lost or stolen packages, Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
